I'm ready to lose the weight.

Hello ,I am trying to lose184 pounds,I know the time is now.
I know it is going to be hard,So I am glad I found this site.
If anyone wants to give me some tips or hints just message me.

    Welcome! Losing weight is great but getting healthier better! Doing both is the best! Follow whats recommended fort calories as well as carbs, fats and protein. Exercise is very important too! Start slow if you haven t in a while and don t give up!!! Don t be surprised if you don t lose right away! you re building muscle and that weighs more than fat! Good luck and stay active!

    Tips and advice?

    Don't try to rush things.
    Drink at least 64 ounces of water per day.
    Be diligent about recording everything you eat.
    Don't beat yourself up because you might go over your values, just learn from it and work on doing better the next day.
    One screw up should not equal giving up.
    Ask questions.
