How long did it take you?

I had an original 70 pounds to loose, and in 6 weeks, I am down 12.4 and 23 inches. I started at 200.6 pounds and am now 188.2 ....
I was curious, how long did it take everyone to loose their weight? Before/after pics are welcome, especially for those whom are at or around 5'1" ... I'd love to get an idea what I could look like!

I have a LOT of weight to lose but it took me 5 months or so to lose 80lbs this is my 6th month so we'll see how I do at the end of this month. I know you can do it though, just keep pushing through you got this girl...free to add me if ya want0

It took me 7 months to lose 31 pounds. About 1 - 1-1/2 pounds per week was my average. That was in October 2010. I have now lost between 36 - 38 pounds depending on the day. I am 5' 6-1/2" tall. 120.6 lbs. today.0

It has taken me approximately 22 weeks to lose 38lbs through diet and exercise..

Hello! It took me about 8 months to lose 70 lbs. It would have been quicker but I didn't work out and just changed the way I ate. I'm 5'4.5''. You can add me and see my pics if you'd like. Was 220 now i'm 150 lbs0

I have about 70lbs to lose too! It's been almost a year and I've lost 50, but I've only been tracking calories since April and I've lost 15 in those 3 months.0

I have to loose 73 lbs to be to my first goal. Then an additional 15 lbs after that. I want to weigh 150 in the end I look sickly if I get any smaller... I'm down 29lbs in almost 2 months. 44 more to meet my first goal and 59 to be happy with my body
I hope im at my goal at 6 months

I am 5'4" and it took me about 5 months to lose 20 pounds0 -
I am 5'3" and I originally lost 165lbs. From 300 to 135. I started lifting and added back 10lbs but didn't change size any and looked and felt great at the heavier weight. I lost 70lbs in the first 7 months and then it took me 2 1/2 years to lose the other 90. The less you have to lose the longer it will take but it is different for everyone and if you want to really ramp it up and workout super hard and diet super intensely you can make it faster but I was interested in changing my lifestyle and having the weight loss stick as opposed to losing it fast.
I broke my hand a year ago and couldn't work out for a few months, then I didn't want to work out, then I didn't watch my diet so well and I found myself with 20 extra pounds on that have been TOUGH to get off. But once I got back in the groove and remembered how to do this I have been losing a 1/2 pound a day.0
