Newbie in St. Louis

Hello Everyone. I am new to the site. I just discovered it a couple of days ago and I am so excited about using it. It has all of the tools that I need to keep track of my weight loss.
I'm about 40lbs overweight from having a baby 9 months ago and its past time that I got it off. So here I am!

    Welcome! There is no better fat than baby fat! They are worth every pound:happy: You are at the right place to get healthy and fit. Great support and encouragement - and fantastic posts from people who've been there, done that. You can do it too!:flowerforyou:
