TVP Tacos

Ingredients (for one serving):

Bob's Red Mill TVP (1/4 cup)
Cub Taco Seasoning Mix (1 tsp)
Flatout Multigrain with Flax Flatbread (1 flatbread)
Laughing Cow Light Queso Fresco and Chipotle (1 wedge)
Kemp's Light Sour Cream (2 tbsp)
Wholly Salsa Medium (2 tbsp)

It's surprisingly delicious! I'd take it over Chipotle any day!

    It looks yummy but the sodium is SO HIGH!!!!!

    I know, I did plan out the rest of my day to compensate. It shouldn't be too hard to reduce the sodium by a lot by cutting out cheese (or using different cheese), using a low sodium seasoning, lettuce wrap instead of flatbread, homemade salsa, the possibilities are endless.

    This is actually my first journey into the world of TVP, I can't wait to discover more recipes! I'll continue to post the successes.
