ISO Acountability and Motivation!

I am thinking I need to lose about 40 to 50 more pounds to reach my goals....I have seemingly hit a wall on my ability to lose more weight....

    Also, what are your stats (height, age, weight, current activity)?
    How many calories are you currently on? Have you decreased them after losing weight? How much have you lost?
    Do you measure your food using a food scale (solids and semi solids), and liquids with a measuring cup?
    Do you log all your food?

    Slightly active.....Desk Job- Crossfit 4-5 days per week.
    Sadly....I have a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics but I have not focused on my diet like I should....
