    Losing weight is extremely frustrating. There are slight gains, long plateaus and missed goals along the way. But just KEEP AT IT.... Workout to stay fit and increase a your calorie intake and keep burning more than you eat and EVENTUALLY you will get there! (But DO NOT set a deadline on it because that is the most demoralizing thing you can do to yourself!)

    Hey everyone. I lost 2.4 lbs this week. My overall average is 1.48 lbs loss per week.

    You wouldn't even be a true MFP kid without those darned plateaus that we hear so much about. Excited for you for that big happy loss that happens once the scale moves!
