Losing weight is extremely frustrating. There are slight gains, long plateaus and missed goals along the way. But just KEEP AT IT.... Workout to stay fit and increase a your calorie intake and keep burning more than you eat and EVENTUALLY you will get there! (But DO NOT set a deadline on it because that is the most demoralizing thing you can do to yourself!)0
