What do you like? How many calories do you have to spare? Do you struggle hitting a fat or protein goal?

    Also google is helpful.

fruit and veg is always good, nuts are good for healthy fats and easy to have as a snack. as arditarose said it really depends on your daily calorie allowance and weight goals.

I love Skinny Pop popcorn at 100 calories per bag and Vitatops at 120 calories with lots of fiber.

A snack box consisting of string cheese, some carrot and celery sticks with hummas or other dip, some nuts and dried fruit and some crackers could work.

I meant how many calories would you like to spend on this snack? If you like cheese, nuts, fruit and chips-have them. Just weigh them on a scale and eat an appropriate portion to fit your goal. An ounce of mozzarella is about 100 calories, an oz of almonds is about 160 calories. That's a 260-300 calorie snack but the volume is very small. If you like higher volume try munching on veggies-I like cucumbers and yellow peppers in chili garlic paste, or with chipotle sauce and nutritional yeast. Popcorn is good too if you like crunchy things, the volume goes farther than it does with chips-especially if you pop the kernels yourself in a brown paper bag or with an air popper.

If you need more fat you can have a bit of avocado on toast or however you can fit it into your day.
