What is different for you now vs. before? For me, I am now able to wear a belt comfortably and go for a hike in the woods with my kids.

My butt fits into the little outline for seating on the subway. Plus I can squeeze between two larger people when I used to have to stand and just look at the seat. Apparently I really like to sit.15

I bought jeans thinking they would fit 18 months ago. Yesterday I wore them for the first time!! Yes!10

Going to Express and buying clothes off the rack! Bye bye Torrid!13

An hour of boot camp!
Fit between tightly packed-in tables at restaurants.
I definitely relate to the single seat on public transportation, too. I can sit between two people now.4 -
A pull-up (Actually 5 in a row!!!)
Deadlift 180 lbs (more now probably)
Everything in everyday life is easier.9 -
I ran for 20 minutes without stopping yesterday.
I buy clothes in normal size stores, not even the biggest size. I can even buy clothes from those cheapy knock-off shops where even an XL is tiny.
I can take the shortcut between tables in a crowded restaurant instead of having to take the long way around the outside to avoid the risk of my belly smacking some poor bugger face first into their linguine.19 -
Amongst many other things, I can bend on knees, ya know when ur butt almost hits the floor.. Every time I do it I give myself a smile... It's the little things that matter9

May 2014 i weighed in at 240 lbs and had sleep apnea. 12 months later I weighed 185. Went in and had another sleep study, no more sleep apnea. Now I can sleep without looking like I am going scuba diving.12

I'm jealous. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and got my scuba gear after losing weight and reaching a healthy weight.
BUT... Two years after joining mfp and 18 months after starting my own version of C25K, I ran a 15K today and killed it And... it wasn't hard. And... miles 2-6 were all uphill. And... we still killed it. And... my 20 year old asked me to "slow down" and asked "why are we running so fast?" so there's that... Kinda proud of myself
And yes, I took that terrific kid out for breakfast. She's an awesome running buddy.11
