Hi, I'm a mum of one with a baby on the way, I've been advised to lose or at least try to maintain my weight, meaning that by the end of my pregnancy I will have technically lost weight. I am hoping to find some people to talk to and share experiences with, you don't have to be pregnant, it would just be nice to have someone to talk to.

I know exactly how you feel, I was a size 8 when I fell pregnant with my son. This time around I never lost the old baby weight, I actually gained more and going into this pregnancy I am a size 16. It's a lot harder than I thought it would be0
