Week view?

I've seen a few people talk about using week view to track calories, macros, etc. I saw a screenshot where someone's view was the "last 7 days." How can I view that? When I do week view, it only shows the calendar week, which isn't always helpful because it includes the days that haven't happened yet, which makes the deficit huge. I use the MFP app if that makes a difference. Thanks!
