Newbie to myfitnesspal :-)

Hi all. I am new here. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on how to drop the last 6 pounds? I realize this is a small amount, but after a long hard road of weightloss and years of waiting, I have finally hit a wall and cannot make the last 6 pounds budge, no matter what I do. Has anyone sucessfully dealt with this ?

    P90X! It's pretty awesome, and even if you don't follow it religiously, it's probably different enough from your regular routine that it will get you over your plateau :)

    Vary your workouts and cut your carbs, running is a good way to slim down, even if you can't run for that long
