Starting my weight loss journey of 70lbs!

I have already successfully lost 7lbs in the first week. I'm hoping to reach my goal by the end of the year! Protein shakes are my thing, what's yours?

    Hey good job
    My goal is 50 for now but I do have about 100+ to loose.
    So far mines cutting out soda and coffee and my daily fast food.

    That's an awesome start! I've been on here but this week I'm trying to be strict and logging everything and watching nutrition chart. I've got 40lbs to shed (that I gained back after 5 years) and I'm hoping for a few months. But, I'd settle for even a lb a week!

    Great job! I have lost 28 lbs. in the past 3 months with the help of new medication (not meant for weight loss but added bonus), and I am now working toward shedding another 60. I drink slim fast every day for lunch and enjoy it!

    Great job! I crave my protein shake every day, I love the slim fast high protein/low sugar one.
