Hi, My name is Amy I have more than 100lbs to lose, But my first goal is 100lbs. We def need support. This isnt an easy task and we have to remember to not give up and take each day as it comes! So far in about 1 week I am down 12 lbs. Any advice is great. thanks and good luck!0

I started out wih 125 pounds to lose and still have 91 to go. Need all the motivation and support that I can get.0

I have about 145 to my tentative goal of weighing at good normal range weight of 150 lbs for my height. Working to get to 250 first then it will lower to exactly 100 lbs to lose.

I have 200 lbs go lose AHHHHHHHHH! but im doing it and slowly but surely i realise the long i stay in it the quicker it will go! i try to do it by 10s that way i do...i only have 18.5 Months To Go Before im Da Baddest Bish! lol0

Hi,
I've got about 100 pounds to lose and I feel like a yo-yo and am very discouraged. I need all the support and motivation I can get and will be happy to return the same. This is my 3rd week on MFP. The 1st week I lost 2.5 pounds. The 2nd week I gained 2.25 pounds.. My next weigh-in is Thursday. I'd be content to lose just 1 pound per week.
I know we can all get to our goals -- at our own pace!0 -

I have a minimum of 80 to lose to be at 160. 140 would probably be an ideal, but I know what I look like at 160 (pretty god - lol). I have no idea what 140 would look like for me - I think that was high school. For now, my 1st goal is 190 (wedding weight) - so working on the first 50 then ...... well.... I figure I can worry about 10 at a time. I'd love to be part of the group.0

Hey All, I started July 13th 2010, lost 75lbs by January 1, 2011 then fell off for 6 months, but I am back on my plan and loosing again I still have 100+ to go and can use all the friends and help I too can get count me in, please all just add a chica ok!

I say KUDOS for a job well done on your first week. Its so hard to stay motivated but I think these forums are very, very helpful and the tracking really helps. I seem to be struggling with keeping my fat grams under control.0

I'm not new to MFP, but I am new to the forums. I'm always back and forth with my weight, but the past year has been really awful. I moved to a new city and gained nearly 50 pounds. Things really have come to a head, as my weight is at an all-time high of 250 pounds, and it has kept me from skydiving with my husband and friends for the first time (I had to lie and say I was just afraid, but in reality I couldn't jump because I exceeded the maximum weight limit) and I couldn't go on a number of rides at the water park for the same reason. I've stopped thinking of myself as attractive in any way, and I'm only 26. I'm terrified that I'm wasting the best part of my life by being fat and lazy.
I snapped last night and decided to try to lose weight again. I lost 80 pounds a few years ago and got to a healthy weight, now I need to try again. I have 100 pounds to lose, but I'm trying to focus on setting goals that revolve around doing things for periods of time (coming in under my MFP calories for 14 days in a row, working out 30 minutes every day for a week, etc.), rather than pounds lost.
I'm at a very low point and I'm hoping to find support. I'm the lone fat girl in a group of friends who can easily maintain thin figures, and they often seem to tempt me when I tell them about my efforts to be healthy. Hopefully a forum of people in my same situation will be more supportive :-)

I want to add my support and best wishes to each and every one of you. You CAN do this! I started with 130 pounds to lose. So far I have lost 110 lbs. I joined MFP to help with the last 20 and for the support, friendship and motivation necessary to get to my goal. We are all in this together, for the long haul.
