Calories of juicing

Hi. I started juicing but I am not sure how I count calories: do I add them to my diary as whole fruit or veggies what I add for juice or how does it work? Confused because there is lot of bulk for rubbish after juice is done.., please help me !

That "bulk for rubbish" is called fiber.

Fiber has so many healthy benefits. Including weight loss applications...........

I think there's a formula out there somewhere on the interwebs to calculate what the actual calories are in the juice itself. I just use the calories from the non-juiced fruit as I'd rather be over than under.

There's a great website that has some good juice recipes. I've made a few from it and they've been good (with the exception of the V8 one. That was nasty!)
