this time last year I weighed 32 lbs more!

Last january I weighed 157 lbs. My goal was to weigh 130. I vowed to stick to my calorie plan and take it one day at a time. It was really tough in the begining. I remember crying on the gym scale when after weeks of hard work I had only lost a few pounds. But I was determined. I stuck with it and soon the weight just started falling off. After only 4 months I reached my goal!!! Now, it is one year later and I have kept off the weight. I know this is my natural size and it feels great. I never want to go back to the old uncomfortable me. I owe it all to myfitnessplan. Thank you thank you!
