Low impact exercixe?

Options
This question has probably been asked before, so I apologize in advance. Suggestions for low impact exercise would be greatly appreciated. Bad joints and a juvenile back injury prevent me from taking part in many of the more strenuous forms of exercise. I already do hiking, yoga and belly dancing, but there must be more out there. Oh yeah, and I just got a wiifit.

Thanks.

Water aerobics and low intensity cycling come to mind.

yes- water aerobics are great. i'd also say walking, but i guess it depends on the ground.

i know people who also walk/jog/run in the pool.

my grandmother had really bad shoulders and the wii was incredible for her! she said it didn't hurt at all, and she felt better every time she was done.
