This question has probably been asked before, so I apologize in advance. Suggestions for low impact exercise would be greatly appreciated. Bad joints and a juvenile back injury prevent me from taking part in many of the more strenuous forms of exercise. I already do hiking, yoga and belly dancing, but there must be more out there. Oh yeah, and I just got a wiifit.
Thanks.
Thanks.
