Building Muscle

I need to build muscle! I've lost so much weight. Can anyone give me lifting advise? -Foods to eat? Amount of weights to get fastest result? HELP!

I just started some weight/strength training as well. When I asked the kind peeps on here, here's some pointers I got:
-Protein. MFP had my goal set to 60, which I thought was fine. Apparently I should be more around 100 at the minimum
-Strong Curves by Bret Contreras
-Stronglifts 5x5

(There's a couple more I'll edit to add. I've got to go find them)
I think the point is to start low and the progressively add more weight. They're called "progressive overload" programs I believe
