about adding exercise when all the limits go up

If you're trying to lose weight and you figure in your exercise, all the goal levels go up. Do you think it's better to not add the exercise in the program (of course exercise in real life)? That way you don't trick yourself into adding more food. What do you think? Do you post or not post your exercise?

It isn't a "trick," it's how MFP is designed to work (if you get your calorie goal from MFP). It's a way of making sure that you have the energy and nutrition that you need to be happy and healthy while losing weight.

I post my exercise, but I only eat back about half my calories, even if my Garmin says I earned more. (Yesterday, MFP's calculator says I burned 500, my Garmin says I burned 400. Normally, I'd eat back 200, but, well... let's just say it wasn't a good day yesterday and comfort eating got the best of me.

The thing is, if you're eating just above your BMR and you start working out, your body NEEDS more food, especially protein. If you're working out every day, and not eating back some of those calories, you're going to start feeling hungry and fatigued pretty quickly.
