Moksha Yoga

I've been doing Moksha Yoga for a little over 2 months now and I love it. I always feel energized and relaxed when I leave. I leave with more energy than I go in with usually. I would love to see that added to the exercise list. It's not the same as bikram, or the yoga and hatha yoga exercises they currently have in the list. I tried bikram and I didn't like it as much. Moksha isn't as hot and the poses are more relaxing and more meditative. Bikram I found to be too much like power yoga in a super hot room. I alternate this with going to the gym a couple of times a week when my schedule allows.

    You can go ahead an add it yourself. Search for it, when it doesn't come up, one of your options is to add an exercise. Enter the name, the time and the calories you burned. then, it will add to your diary for the day, and you can search for it next time.

    I did do that but I'm having a hard time finding out how many calories it burns.
