After weighing myself I don't feel like working out especially when the number on the scale shows a number. I feel so discouraged but I have to move on!!

    Quitting isn't going to move anything in the right direction!

    If the scale makes you that frustrated, try weighing once a month.

    Do you count calories correctly? My result numbers show up immediately every morning I weigh myself.

    I weigh every day. Going up and down doesn't bother me at all. I expect it. What I love is seeing new low numbers for the first time. If I weighed less often I'd miss them!
