After weighing myself I don't feel like working out especially when the number on the scale shows a number. I feel so discouraged but I have to move on!!

I weigh every day. Going up and down doesn't bother me at all. I expect it. What I love is seeing new low numbers for the first time. If I weighed less often I'd miss them!0
