How many calories?

I have stalled after only losing 5 pounds. Ten to go to goal! I have given up grains, gluten, soft drinks, sweeteners, processed foods, and eat mostly Paleo. I drink plenty of liquids and eat high protein, high veggie, some fruit, and low carb. I am a T1 diabetic and have thyroid disease, so losing weight is pretty tricky. I figured out my BMR (resting calorie rate) and set my calories when working out 5 days a week at 1510. If it is too low, I don't lose weight. Still the needle does not move. My sodium is usually under 2300 too. I drink 10-12 glasses of water/tea a day. What else can I change to get the scale moving again?

How long have you been stalled? With only 10lbs left to lose, you should have your calorie goal set so that you can lose approx. .5lb per week. You say you are eating Paleo, what do your Macros look like? Are you getting enough fats? I eat Paleo, feel free to take a look at my tracker for ideas. I try to have at least 50% of my calories come from fat.0

My calorie goal is set up for 1 pound a week but that hasn't happened for 2 weeks. In fact, depending on what day I weigh, 1 or 2 pounds come back. I have 40 protein, 30 fat, and 30 carbs. I also have Thyroid Disease and getting my calorie limit correct to actually lose weight is tricky for me. In the past, I lost weight at 1410 calories but now I walk 2 x day on breaks. I try to keep my calorie limit the same range daily even with exercise. Otherwise, to eat my workout calories would be 2200 or more some days.
