It's 1:35am here in SC! I'm wide awake and don't see myself counting sheep anytime soon! So what's up everyone? :)

    I'm currently doing low carb high fat.. Ketogenic diet, so my biggest craving with that is taco salad, without the shell.. With sour cream and salsa!

    I'm here in Iowa & looking to start the keto diet too. How long have you been doing it? Do you think it is good for long term weightloss & maintenance? I've had several friends rock it OUT using keto.
