Trust the process

It's easier said then done, just trust the process they say. We feel motivated and especially when we hear successful stories, but how do we the never truly made it or came close get there? I feel like whenever I start a diet and workout program I feel good. Then about after a month goes by with no results and then I start second guessing myself and eating less then my normal calorie maintenance. At times it works a little and most of the times it throws me to a long endless hope. Of course I've read books, done the research, talk to trainers, but never broken down the wall. So I know this is a long journey, because it is a life style change. But can I get some ideas and suggestions to help us believers get over the hump and just trust the process?

It boils down to just having confidence to keep yourself moving forward. Everyone loses weight differently, and you shouldn't compare yourself to others. Good luck.0
