I'm going well. I'm a third of way thru a 12 week challenge, and the first month weigh-in is tomorrow... Scary!!! Lol

I've been working hard, and I know I have lost cm, but the scales are being a little unkind! Lol

    How do I add you?

In same boat. Very slow going since June 2015. Lost only 17lbs in 8 months, but still have hope.

47 year old male here. I am 5lbs away from my goal weight. I was 175 in January after the holidays of eating & drinking down in Ft Lauderdale... LOL

Now I am @ 160. If I can get to between 150 & 155 I will be where I need to be. Oh so close & all I can say is MFP really works.....

Ok, I've been feeling pretty discouraged about it this last week. In still making progress but feel like I've only seen neglible changes in my body. I guess I thought that I would notice more after 17 lbs lost

I have lost 17 pounds also. I can feel a difference in the way my clothes fit but no one has noticed. I have 42 more pounds to go. Maybe after another 20 it will be more evident.

I am 44 and since Jan 2 I have lost 35 pounds. 94 to go to reach my goal. Today had a big win at the doctor, my husband has lost enough to lower his blood pressure meds. Yay! Working on this together is working!
