I have been having a hard time this past 3 months losing weight. Only lost 1kg. Have been logging what I am eating & water/beverages. I just am lost for words as to what I can do to make things change,almost tried everything!!!

    You could open your diary, or as a starter tell us how many calories you eat and your height and current weight.

    I just looked at your diary. At first glance, your carbs and proteins are way over. First question, are you weighing your food? Are you exercising?

    If you are, and these are accurate; make sure that you are not going over on the carbs or protein by any more than 5 grams each day.

    I'm sure you will have other posters, but just stay positive and try honing in your meals. Keep moving and believe.

    Are you actually weighing this stuff on a scale? I see things like chicken legs, 3 pieces, but no weight, so I'm guessing that answer is no.

    You need to get yourself a food scale and start weighing everything because otherwise you're just eyeballing and estimating and you'll be off.

    And I do have to disagree with the above poster. I have never once paid attention to my carbs and proteins and have still lost 55 pounds.
