Stuck at 21 pounds gone, and loosing determination.

I'm down 21 pounds, but then I am stuck. Can't seem to get over the hump. My husband looses lickety-split, but I have to fight for every pound. Any suggestions as to what I can do to jump start my weight loss again? I've been stuck for 2 weeks. I am staying under my 1200 calorie limit. :(

Do you weight foods year eat and measure liquids? If not do that, you may actually be eating more than 1200 is you are not doing this, without even knowing it.

Yes, I weigh my foods, (all except for the lettuce in my salads) I measure my FF salad dressings to 2 TBL spoons, I don't weight my other fresh veggies I put in my salads (cucumber, tomato, carrot etc) I just add some for color and add 50 calories for that. Snacks are 100 cal packs. I try to eat fruit every day, and also count them. Bread is 35 cal. per slice.

Are you drinking enough water? Exercising daily?? I only workout 3x a week but I walk everyday and use a step tracker to make sure I hit my personal goal each day of 10,000 steps. I also don't eat 3-4 hours before bedtime. Have you recalculated your calorie goals since losing the 21lbs?

Men tend to loose weight quicker than woman, so dont let that dishearten you. Its natural to hit plateaus, your body starts to get used to the changes youve been making. Dont just cut bacl on your calories, try mixing things up. Try a different exercise or class. Look for foods to kick start your metabolism again. But most of all remember how far you've come. Its better to loose it slowly and keep it off, rather than quickly and gain it back!!!! KEEP GOING. :-D

You're lucky to have lost 21 pounds on 1200 cal/day. I actually GAINED weight on 1200 cal/day and had to limit my intake to 1000 cal/day. I measure and weigh, watch my carbs, fats and sodium. I've lost 6 pounds since 2/1.
I'm very sedentary, chained to my computer for work 10 hours a day, then dinner and bed shortly after that. My job isn't physically taxing but it is mentally draining and I simply don't have the energy or ambition to do much after dinner.
Weekends consist of golf and weekend household chores. Hopefully, I'm burning some calories then!
