Hey everyone - had to eat breakfast at a diner and got an egg white vegetable omelet with no cheese and a side of plain grits. The omelet was clearly cooked in oil - I would say it was 4 egg whites and lots of veggies - I don't want to undercount it. Any ideas how many calories? It was at least 8 oz. thanks!! I found one entry for 380 that I picked for now...

I would break it apart, so log the egg whites, log some oil, log whatever veggies, etc. When you log the individual ingredients, pick the ones on the high side.0

4 egg whites =100 calories
1TBS of oil =120
Leaving 160 for veggies and error.
I would add the grits separately.0 -
I would do as the above poster said. Log everything separately, four egg white, maybe tea spoon of oil and then try and guess how many veggies were in it. It won't be exact but probably your best option.0
