Tomorrow morning is my first class. I have never been to Orange thoery before but my question is, if I plan on going at least 4 times a week how many calories should I be eating per day? Right now my calories are set at 1200 because I'm not extremely active, I'm going to be changing that. My goal is to lose weight so I still want to be at a deficit.

    Use the MFP wizard as you normally would, set your goals and update according to the activity level. I have been to OrangeTheory myself and it is tough but feels great. Use the information provided by the their tools as a benchmark rather than gospel and If you are active and it is taken into account in MFP the daily calorie intake will go up.

    But this all depends now on your current age, weight, goals, etc.
