I did it and The Asylum & a hybrid version that's a mix of both. I liked it.

I've done it at least 3 times. I only do it once a week now as a supplement to my other HIIT workouts.

I did it twice. That *kitten* is bananas, but I really enjoyed it. Get ready to SWEAT a LOT. Take it very easy your first time round. It's a lot of cardio and plyometics. Take breaks when you need them and know your limit. All of the people in these videos are either trainers or very athletic individuals, so do not get down if you cannot keep up with them. Just do your best and good luck!

I have been doing it for a while. I would suggest keeping your movements slower and focusing on form and extending the rest time between circuits when you are just beginning. As you get stronger and your cardio improves you will be able to move faster and take the 30 second rests.

I'm nearing the end of my 2nd week. I am doing it for the fitness of it, I've pretty much lost all the weight I wanted too, I couldn't imagine doing it with the weight still on me lol.

Yah it is crazy I had never sweat like I am doing insanity. I do take breaks because I sometimes fell like I'm going to throw up.
    Thank you
