Calculating Macro Percentage

I am new to this and I would appreciate any help. I am very overweight at 334 pounds and I am trying to figure out my macros. I have lost 12 pounds already and steady working hard on counting calories etc. The problem is if I multiply the numbers (protein and fat) by my body weight it is extremely high and large amounts of food. Should I just do lean body mass or should I use the weight I want to be for my calculations?

@lifechange561 35% protein, 35% carbs, 30% fats are good start for fat loss, need to determine your TDEE - 20% to BMR range (calories per day)0

Using goal weight should be fine, but that might end up being a pretty significant drop in cals. If so, chose a weight in between current and goal for a more manageable number.
