Hi guys! I'm working outfit about two months now. 35 minutes of cardio 3x/week and weight lifting 4 times a week. But it doesn't count calories for weight lifting, I thought lifting weight burns also calories? How do you calculate that? For example I have to eat 1400 calories a day go running 20 minutes which is 100 calories. So I need to eat 1500 that day. But what about my 35 minutes of weight lifting? Thank you!

You can put "Strength Training" in the cardio section and it will give you a number.
Lifting doesn't burn much though and there are way to many variables to accurately predict really.0 -
