How Much Is Too Much

I workout 5 days a week doing HIIT cardio, the other 2 days of the week I do Bodyweight workouts. Is there such a thing as to much working out & does it affect weight loss.

There is such a thing as too much working out.

Excessive exercise or insufficient rest time can increase your risk of injury and it can keep you from seeing the results that you want (your muscle growth, for instance, takes place when you rest between workouts).

Listen to your body. If you are getting tired and sore, maybe take a day of rest here and there. But if you feel really good in your routine, and you're not injuring yourself, have at it. I work out pretty much everyday, and I start to feel like crap when I let a few days slide.

Yes, such a thing exists. Its important to know and listen to your body.
As long as you are feeding and hydrating your workouts there is no reason why you cant do something daily. I dont know if I (personally) would recommend 7 days of HIIT without a rest day but 2 days off of HIIT to just do body weight workouts seems fine.

I work out 6 days a week, which is 12 gym classes. Some days I double class. Saturday I triple.

This Wednesday, I felt a bit tired and needed a rest so I didn't go to class that day. As long as you are feeling strong and not slowly depleting yourself then keep it up! Our bodies are amazing things and can be pushed to the limit but sometimes we need to give it a rest as well.

The only reason is when rest day comes around I not good at it. I feel like I have to workout be it 40 minutes or 20 minutes. Either I do high intensity - HIIT cardio / low intensity- Bodyweight workout. I do not cope with rest day(s) LOL

A lot of people dont like rest days. Its perfectly fine to be active daily though. Thats awesome! Just take care of you! :)
