Starting new

I'm 34 yrs old father of 4 from San Antonio, Texas current weight 330 lb.
It's been many days since getting out of the Navy, weighing 195 lb at 22yrs old. Recently hit my highest weight of 346 lb at 34 yrs old, I was devastated. I had told my I would never let myself get like this but that's exactly what happend. Slowly but surely I have let my self go and have recently been diagnosed with diabetes. I have 4 kids that look up to me and I feel that I have let them down as a father since it's hard for me to do all the active things kids want to do with their father. So here I am taking my first step back to the healthy man I used to be. I know it's going to be a long journey with good and bad times. Hopefully, I can findsome like minded persons here to help each other stay motivated through this journey. My goal wgt is 230 lb.

Hey! I definitely know how you feel. I got out of the Navy at 135....we won't even speak of the number now. You definitely have a friend in your corner. We can do this!
