This isn't my first round with MFP. I fell off the bandwagon because I've been having thyroid issues and I was getting more depressed than I already was. But I'm back at it! With a pretty strict calorie goal. I've managed to lose 6 pounds this week. I know that's a lot but I promise I'm not starving myself. I'm just making far better food choices! I've had a few slip ups but I'm only human. Food is my addiction. My emotional crutch. I've had weight and self image issues since I was a little girl and I've been up and down with my weight since my teens. I have a little girl so it's time to get healthy and live healthy. If for none one but her. I don't want her growing up with the same outlook on food that I did and still sometimes do.I'm definitely open to more friends! Motivation begets motivation!!
