It's time :-)

Hello hello :-) I'm a 36 year old woman, who was always heavy. I joined a gym a year and a half ago and I love going (Flow, Pump, and yoga). I lost 30 pounds, but that stopped coming off last February. I'm thrilled with the changes to my body, it looks like I've lost more weight, but the scale says otherwise. I've added muscle and I think I'm ready to get rid of the rest of my chub and really show off what I've done. So here I am and I am psyched! This was a big week for me: I started walking to the gym 4 days a week, using MFP again, and weighing my food. Depending on the meal, I can eat A LOT (especially if it's pasta), but I've found myself playing with my food and end up eating slower...and eating less. So here we go, really gonna do this :-D
