#Break10

All my life my weight has fluctuated. My lowest weight that I can remember is 200 and highest 275; according to the Dr. I'm suppose to be Around 150-160 for my height 5'2 (5'3 on a good day lol). One thing that I find is after I break the first 10 I am able to keep motivated. But I have found myself deterred by the fact that I may feel different but I don't look different. My immediate goal is to lose 25lbs in 5 weeks. After over 3 years of inactivity and putting on "happy" weight I am ready to get back in shape. I haven't broke 10 yet but this is my first week back in the gym and I am ready to #Break10 !!
