Hi there!

I'm new here and wanting to lose around 15kg before my wedding in November. Any weight lost would be nice though!

Essentially, I'm a 25 year old university student who has packed on weight in the last few months when I fell pregnant and then lost the baby. So now I feel very depressed and unhappy, and just not myself.

I want to be happy and healthy again.

My biggest struggles with weight loss is lack of control at work (I work in a movie theatre and we are allowed to help ourselves to all lollies, cakes, chips and fried food) as well as a lack of motivation to cook at home.

Luckily since we're saving so hard for the wedding, the second goal is going to be a bit easier since we'll have no money for junk.

Feel free to add me, I'll be learning to play basketball over the next few months as a fun exercise!

    Hi there... Your goal seems possible and requires a lot of dedication.

    If you're serious, read up and learn as much as you can on how to approach your goals.
