Hi all! I can always use more support. It can be difficult. I have healthy friends that don't also understand the struggles and gals who like me said 2016 this is the year we get in shape. However they have all stopped trying. :-(
I enjoy learning how others are juggling life and healthy living. I am always happy to share in folks successes and send encouraging words during struggles.

Been going strong the last couple of weeks but could always need a few more friends to help me achieve my goal. I've lost (officially) 4kg (6 when you take into consideration the 2 I gained in muscle mass initially) in 5 1/2 weeks - got 10 more to go. Trying to get to 70kg and maintain it before August when I have my first ever o/s trip to the US (going to Vegas and LA). I've been cutting down my calories during the week and giving myself the weekends to recover (I have blisters on blisters on my feet from walking 15+ km per day!).0
