Completed week 2

I can happily say I've completed week 2 of weights and it feels so awesome! I wasn't sure about sticking with it but I really do enjoy that time. I also now understand why it takes my husband two hours when he's lifting because it takes me about 1 for just the small stuff I do. Now to decide if I'm going to tell my husband or not that I'm doing it or just surprise him when he gets back...I'm excited that we will have something else we can go do now. Granted he is MUCH better and farther into his lifting and I'm just a weenie beginner but everyone starts somewhere right. :wink:

    Great job! Keep it ip. If you haven't already, take pictures & measurements. You'll be amazed in a few months
