But you will so full from the other meals and snacks that is very possible to not be able to eat dinner....
And after all, dinners are supposed to be light meals0 -
There is no way I could eat this for a day never mind for a week.0
-
You eat that same thing every day for a week? It's not exactly a recipe and definitely not a plan for me, but if that's what you enjoy more power to you.0

Why do you believe dinners are supposed to be light meals?0 -

Cause you are gonna sleep after some time????
And you can't eat too much and fatty foods at nights
Ask any dietician about it0 -

I never said it's a recipe...
Nobody told you or forced you to do this, you are free to do whatever you want with your nutrition
This is something from my personal trainer and it works

Personal trainers are rarely dieticians. I eat about 75% of calories at night.0 -

You're not going to get fat eating at night. You could eat 100% of your calories at 9:00pm and immediately go to bed, but as long as you are under your calorie goal you'll lose weight in the long run.0 -

Thanks. My goal is to stay healthy, which I've done for 40+ years while eating most of my calories at night. I will tell you a saying we have where I live: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
Best of luck to you too.0
