Many people make allowances for eating more on the weekends, and make up for it on the weekdays, myself included. I lost my 60 lbs by eating up to 3500 calories on Saturday and 1500 calories Sun-Fri. Now I maintain with 3500 cal Sat-Sun, and 1750 cal Mon-Fri. You can enjoy your weekends and still lose weight. You can't just eat unlimited amounts. It can be done.0

I just plan for 3 meals with no resort to office junk. We don't have a plan to visit a restaurant tomorrow, so it's looking like my tomorrow will be ok with calories, protein, and sodium.0

Since I don't have to work on the weekends, I increase my workouts.0

I "save" calories during the week and "spend " them on weekends

Ditto on keeping a small deficit at all times to make up for the days when I eat more.0
