Welcome. The first modification I made to MFP was to separate out my snacks in to AM, Aft, and PM. Are you T1 or T2?
I am in remission from T2 after significant weight loss.
Even small changes will lift the blood sugar fog and help you feel better. I saw significant changes even after the first ten pounds lost.0 -
Lots of veggies! Half of your plate should be veggies, 1/4 protein and 1/4 carbs. If you don't get full then eat more veggies! Protein is your friend, stay away from carbs! Hope this helps0
