    Welcome. I'm doing the same as you. This app for me is educational and fun. What keeps me excited is logging my food and seeing the change in habits. Good luck to you

    Welcome. The first modification I made to MFP was to separate out my snacks in to AM, Aft, and PM. Are you T1 or T2?

    I am in remission from T2 after significant weight loss.

    Even small changes will lift the blood sugar fog and help you feel better. I saw significant changes even after the first ten pounds lost.

    Lots of veggies! Half of your plate should be veggies, 1/4 protein and 1/4 carbs. If you don't get full then eat more veggies! Protein is your friend, stay away from carbs! Hope this helps
