So overwhelmed I don't know what to do?

Sometimes I find myself so caught up in my thoughts and options that I don't know what to do. I want to lose weight but I have trouble going about it and I find myself not doing anything but working on my blog.

It gets very frustrating and just adds more stress. Should I seek out a personal trainer or just stop and think what my priorities should be?

Get up and do something. Whatever it is can't be wrong at this point.

Start by writing down a list of what you want to be at this time next year. Include fitness goals, career goals, relationship goals, personal hobby goals.
Read through your list. Ask yourself how many of those things will happen if you stay there, sitting and working on your blog? Then, fold up your list and put it where you'll find it in six months. (I paperclipped mine to the calendar.)
Then, follow that link kommodevaran posted about the Guide to Get Started and start following the guide. Baby steps will turn into bigger steps, bigger steps will turn into faster steps.

In six months, pull out that list. How far along are you on those goals? Maybe you've even reached some of them! Maybe some of them still seem a long way out. That's okay! Move that list where you'll find it in another six months, and keep working. :)

Thank you so much for this! I'm going to try it starting now!
