    30 pounds down...can you see a difference?

    The below pictures are my before and after so far. I started this journey on 1/11/11 after seeing a picture one of my friends tagged me in on Facebook. That was what I needed to jump start my journey.
    Before = 1/11/11 234 pounds
    After = 6/21/11 204.2 pounds

    Total loss 29.8 pounds so far. About half way there.
    PS - Don't mind the paisley curtains in my office. Hideous I know.
