Run out of excuses..

Hey everyone!

So after trying about a thousand different diets, with a thousand different lame excuses for why each one didn't work out, I am well and truly done with making excuses anymore and know I have to just stay determined till I've lost the weight I need to.

It would be cool to have some friends on here to help support each other and so I can be nosy in your diary to be honest. Haha

I will be logging everyday till I've got to my goal weight (150lbs) and I welcome you to join me :blush:

My start weight is about 170lbs, so 20lbs to lose by June.

I like the idea of a paleo style diet but I also seem to do well on intermittent fasting, low carbing and not eating so damn much.
