Bump your calories up a little bit, your weekly weight loss goal is too aggressive. Do you eat your calorie burns back?

I'm sorry but 1200 calories with your stats, and with going to the gym every night, it is not enough food. Eat your exercise calories back.

Switch out some foods for others that will leave you feeling full longer. Satiety is important, because it leads to success. You will stick to your calorie deficit if you don't feel like you're starving.
many people feel fuller longer when eating more protein and fats.
Try: nuts, nut butters, eggs, avocado, lean meats (chicken or fish), etc.

Yep- no reason for someone at 254 to be eating 1200. Adjust your weight loss goal to 1-1.5 lbs/week. You may well lose more than that anyway and it will be a more sustainable reduction in calories.

Your calorie deficit really only needs to be 500 a day. Eat back some of your exercise calories, being overly aggressive on the deficit could backfire and you may not be able to maintain once you hit your goal. Slow and steady. It sucks but it works.

Eesh, yes. I missed that. Misread the weight as 154. I thought she was closer to goal weight.
