When you exercise and when you eat is all personal preference.0

It's all personal preference. I like to exercise in the morning so I can be a lazy bumm in the evening (I'm more of an early bird and will be ready for bed by 9-10PM).
What type of cardio do you do? Exercising before bed can cause insomnia for some people.0 -
There are a lot of arguments regarding when people should exercise, when people should eat, etc.
But the real question is: what works for you? If the time you exercise works for you, keep it up. Unless you are having trouble sleeping or find yourself not wanting to work out at that time, then you're fine.
Same goes for when you eat - as long as you're meeting your calorie goals, you're good to go.0 -
As long as it's not taking a toll on your sleep patterns. Some people like to get exhausted right before bed and just crash others prefer not to workout because it can actually boost energy and keep them awake.
I like to do some late night low intensity cardio and eat something.
This is all based on your life obligations as well so depends on your school/work schedule and any other commitments and how that plus your fitness goals come together and complete the big picture0
