I'm a new mom in grad school, I feel your pain, sistah! It's a crazy ride! I've basically been surviving on coffee and carbs. I've just started to get back into the kitchen and regular life. Add me and maybe we can help each other out!

Hey there! The first thing to think about is what your "why" for getting healthy is? The next step is to start changing one habit at a time don't try changing everything at once you will set yourself up for failure! There is so much more to getting healthy than just what we eat, getting enough sleep for example will dictate your mood the next day and will effect the types of food you put in your mouth! It's starts with a change in mindset! I lost 117 lbs in 9 months before getting pregnant with my third child this past sept . Since then I've lost 50 lbs! You can do it
