Hey everyone, I've gotten to my target weight, and now I'm looking to get my body fat percentage way down. I know strength training is the most effective way to do so. Does anyone recommend particular circuits or workouts that center around strength training? Thanks!

diet is actually the most effective way to lower body fat. if you want to lower body fat and stay the same weight you will have to do a bulk and cut, which means eat a surplus and lift weights to gain some muscle mass and then diet again to drop the fat you want to get back to your target weight. Circuits aren't the ideal the way to do that, you would have to some real weight lifting.0

SL5x5 is a beginner strength training program that can help you tap into your strength. I would give it at least 6 weeks before moving on to another program. Then I would choose the track that suits you best whether it is barbell lifting, circuit training or both. The idea is to progressively add resistance to any workout.
I believe this is the mantra: Lose fat in a deficit. Retain LBM with heavy lifting. Build muscle in a surplus. And look up recomp.

Body fat loss is still more dependent on CICO than how you workout. Strength training for retention of muscle and a moderate calorie deficit is what I usually set up with my clients.
