How do I add that into my exercise diary? I'm doing an old DVD of hers the "Ripped in 30".

    You can manually add your own exercises, I used an app called calories burned calculator that has a ton of workouts preloaded, most of jillian Michaels stuff is in there, you enter your weight and time and it gives you a rough estimate. I used that and ate a a deficit. I haven't used her dvd's in awhile because I injured my back during week 2 of 30 day shred. Good luck! and be careful!
